STAR AT THE HORIZON

Spent a life time hearing people say,
Aim for the stars and you shall get there some day.

It sounded so great, yet out of a book,
Years would go by and inside my mind i would look.

Stars are up there, where i may never reach,
But walk to the HORIZON i can, thats what i preach.

Walked and walked, i did till i could,
Telling myself not to quit, cause reach my destination i would.

Time passed me by and tired i was,
Happy and proud, since it was all for a cause.

Till life brought me to my knee and made my heart burn,
Only to realise, i was always there, The Star At The Horizon...
